Hadeer Abdel Razek (Arabic: هدير عبد الرازق; born c. 1998–2000), also known online as Hadeer M. Abdelrazek or simply Hadeer Otaka, is an Egyptian social-media influencer and TikTok personality who rose to prominence in 2024–2025. She became one of the most controversial figures in the Arab digital space following the massive leak of private explicit videos in mid-2025, widely referred to as the “Hadeer Abdel Razek scandal” or “هدير عبد الرازق فضيحة”.
Early life
Little verified information exists about her early life. Hadeer is believed to have been born in Greater Cairo or Giza Governorate. Before her rise on social media, she reportedly worked ordinary jobs and was married to fellow influencer Mohamed Adel, better known as Mohamed Otaka (محمد أوتاكا), with whom she frequently collaborated on comedic and lifestyle content.
Career
Hadeer and her then-husband Mohamed Otaka built a joint following on TikTok and Instagram starting around 2022–2023, posting light-hearted couple skits, challenges, and daily vlogs. By early 2025 the couple’s combined accounts exceeded 3–4 million followers, making them one of Egypt’s recognizable “couple influencer” duos.
2025 explicit-video leak scandal
In late June and early July 2025, multiple private sexually explicit videos showing Hadeer Abdel Razek and Mohamed Otaka began circulating rapidly on Telegram, Twitter/X, and Egyptian Facebook groups. The material, reportedly filmed by the couple themselves over several years of their relationship, was leaked shortly after their highly public divorce.
